This house was designed for a family of four which with its typical floor plan and a strict brief became a design challenge. The house marks it's presence with two yellow teak sandstone walls framing it's staggering balconies that adds an element of a play to the otherwise symmetrical elevation. The design mainly revolves around details evident from its use of a bold sandstone railing and horizontal bands of jagged stone and plaster finish along with traces of greens at each level.
