The site situated in East Delhi with its front south side facing a large public park, Atray residence features exposed double height brick facade to create a homely abode for a single family. The house rendered in textured and natural materials lends an earthy and relaxed vibe augmented by the landscaping at different  levels. The exposed brick facade frames the house with the balcony at the mid level overlooking the garden in front . The ‘ floating ‘ balcony is rendered in contrasting colour to enhance the facade framing.
