Set on the south side of the owner's parents house, the K house is an effort to connect the new block to the existing house seamlessly with a courtyard like space in between offering ample light and ventilation to both the blocks. The ground level of the north facade is fully glazed with large sliding doors allowing free movement to the 'courtyard'.
How do you bring in soul into a home?
In this constant endeavor in our residence projects, here we have a double height living room connecting with the family lounge in the first floor level with all the other activities and functions engaging with this central double height space where all the family members interact visually, physically and emotionally.
